24slBacon; halved
24 Chicken livers; halved
24 Water chestnuts; halved
3/4cSoy sauce
1/4cSugar
1/2tsGround ginger

Partially cook bacon. Combine soy sauce, sugar, and ginger. Marinate chicken livers and water chestnuts in mixture about 20 minutes. Drain. Wrap 1 liver and 1 slice water chestnut in a half slice of bacon. Secure with wooden pick. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees until bacon is crisp. Serve hot.
